How To

1. Write your text normally.
2. Highlight the phrase that describes the link’s destination.
3. Click the link button in the Rich Content Editor.
4. Paste the URL and save.

Things to Avoid

• Posting raw URLs.
• Using vague link text such as “More,” “Click here,” or “Read.”
• Reusing identical link text on the same page when links point to different places.
• Linking entire sentences instead of concise phrases.
